For the Education Fair, set-up will begin Tuesday, October 14th, 2008, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Throughout this period, the Logistics coordinator and team will be present to facilitate your set-up and answer your questions.

A set-up timetable indicating the time you may arrive at the loading dock (see the loading dock access plan (.PDF) ) will be forwarded to you. All exhibitors or their carriers must carry this timetable and abide by it in order to avoid congestion at the loading dock.
